Stanstead Volunteer Center (CAB)
Since its foundation in 1980, the Center’s mission has been to promote volunteer work in all sectors of human activity, and to respond concretely to the needs of the community. It acts as a committed partner to citizens and organisations, supporting local initiatives and promoting the contribution of volunteers.
We focus on three key areas: supporting organisations in the development, volunteer promotion and recognition; providing direct support to the population through the implementation of community services; and governance based on ethics, transparency and associative vitality.
Serving the municipalities of Stanstead, Ogden, Ayer’s Cliff, Hatley, Hatley Township and Stanstead Township, the CAB relies on a network of dedicated volunteers, supervised in a safe, respectful environment.
